PRODUCTION TIME/SHIPPING TIME
PRODUCTION TIME: Products are in production for 5-7 business days before shipping. There is currently no ability to rush ship items.
SHIPPING TIME: FerrisBuilt has no ability to affect shipping carriers and time they take to ship, currently there are delays at times due to the coronavirus pandemic.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Printing Errors - Damages - Received Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. So that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to send me photo of the item in question to help process a refund or replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
You are welcome to exchange items by contact me and requesting an exchange. I do not cover return shipping costs for exchanges. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate an exchange and the items must be in unworn condition with the product sticker still on the item.
